What should I wear on the tour?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear suitable for walking on uneven terrain. The weather can change quickly along the coast, so bring layers and a rain jacket just in case.

Are meals included in the tour?

Meals are not included, but we will stop at local cafes and restaurants where you can purchase lunch. Feel free to bring snacks or refreshments if you prefer.

How much walking is involved?

The tour includes several stops with optional short walks on some uneven ground. Most of the walking is moderate and at a relaxed pace, suitable for all ages.

Is the tour suitable for children?

Yes, however, some areas may involve walking on uneven ground, so please get in touch with us to discuss your needs and ages of the children.

How do I book a tour?

You can book a tour directly through our website or by calling our booking office. Simply choose your preferred date, and we’ll handle the rest!

When does the tour start?

All of our Cruise Excursions are tailored to your time on shore. You will receive an email with your start time around 2-3 weeks prior to your tour start date.

When do we return to the ship?

You will be returned at least 1 hour before your all aboard times.

Where are you located?

Like many tour companies in the area, we are located at Portland Castle. The castle is situated just beyond the front gates of the port and takes around 3 minutes on the port shuttle.

How do we get to you?

Portland Port is a commercial port and you are required to catch the free port shuttle to exit and enter the port.

As you disembark, jump on the free shuttle to the castle, and we’ll be there waiting for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will not be refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Do your tours accommodate mobility issues?

We strive to make our tours accessible to everyone. If you have any specific mobility needs, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
